OUR FOCUS - THE RELOCATION OF VILLAGES FROM THE EAST OF UKRAINE TO SAFE REGIONS
Plenty, a very great deal of villages were totally destroyed. People used to have private houses with land plots. These are hardworking people who deal with manual labour. We are creating a dignified and integral living environment for them.
BASICS OF CREATING SETTLEMENTS
HOUSING
Providing IDPs with comfortable and spacious housing made of environmentally friendly materials. Homes should be energy-efficient, equipped with plumbing, kitchens, childcare rooms, laundries, smart meters, sensors, video cameras and a well-equipped adjacent territory. Residents should not experience any inconvenience, restrictions, or lack of ancillary areas on any square meter of the project.
JOB
Creation of new workplaces for migrants who have lost their homes and their livelihoods, both on the territory of the settlements and in the factories existing nearby. New enterprises must introduce advanced technologies, meet the modern needs of the economy, and their products must be competitive in the domestic and international markets.
EDUCATION
Interactive training programs and special retraining courses will be organized in the settlements.
LOCATION
Settlements should be located in places close to cities with convenient access to medical, educational, socio-cultural, commercial and household facilities.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Settlements should be located close to communication routes with regional centres, equipped with reliable means of communication and uninterrupted access to the Internet.
COMMUNAL PROVISION
Settlements of a new type differ from others in self-sufficiency and energy independence due to the introduction of the latest technologies in energy and water supply and processing of industrial, household and municipal waste.
PSYCHOLOGICAL HELP
Residents of the settlements will be provided with remote access to around-the-clock service of psychological support and assistance
CULTURE
The settlements will organize the work of clubs, sports clubs and hold systematic cultural events.
